Senior Housing and Care Association - Research Awareness & Satisfaction Study
Aimed at improving the association's research products, this survey measured awareness of the research products, perceived competition, potential means of increasing awareness and perceived value of possible changes. The high level respondents for the quantitative portion of this project included over 150 senior housing facility owner/ operators and financial professionals serving the senior housing industry. The quantitative telephone effort followed a series of in-depth qualitative interviews, which were also conducted by telephone.
