Regional Gas Utility Company - Fireplace Buyer's Guide Awareness & Usage Tracking
This was an annual tracking study conducted in two distinct "phases." In phase 1, we study generators of initial interest in obtaining and using the guide. In phase 2, we follow up to obtain usage and attitude information on the actual use of the guide in the process of buying or considering the purchase of a gas fireplace.
